Gabe Papet, Owner

Gabriel Papet is an Army veteran who served as a Logistics Officer in the United States Army. He led and managed logistical operations for a dynamic aviation unit of over 600 personnel. With responsibility for 24 aircraft and 12 unmanned aerial systems (UAS), Gabriel ensures mission readiness through strategic planning, supply chain oversight, and operational coordination.His military career was anything but ordinary. Gabriel was entrusted with orchestrating the timely delivery of mission-critical supplies—from food and fuel to medical equipment and maintenance materials. Under his leadership, complex logistical systems ran with precision, supporting soldiers on the ground and aviators in the sky.What sets Gabriel apart is his ability to bring order to complexity. Whether it’s forecasting operational needs, navigating procurement systems, or solving last-minute supply issues, he thrives under pressure and leads with purpose. His work directly impacts the success of his unit’s mission—and he takes that responsibility seriously.Gabriel is passionate about continuous learning, team development, and leading by
example. His experience in high-tempo, high-stakes environments has shaped him into a resilient leader who values adaptability, accountability, and service.When he’s not managing operations, Gabriel is often thinking about how to improve them, looking for smarter systems, better processes, and more effective ways to serve those who serve.Gabriel’s hobbies are fly fishing, avid golfer, avid outdoorsman, husband and soon to be father.
